| Beth Galic President Beth Galic is an accomplished professional currently serving as the President of the Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA). With extensive experience in the manufacturing industry—particularly in water treatment, chemical, and injection molding sectors—Beth has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration within the industry. Under her leadership, BAMA has expanded its impact in the Tampa Bay region by creating valuable networking opportunities, organizing industry events, and providing resources that empower local manufacturers. Her expertise in marketing has been instrumental in elevating the association’s visibility, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enhancing member engagement. Beth’s involvement with BAMA began as a member of the Board of Directors, where she served for two years. During that time, she was actively involved in the Programming Committee, helping to plan and execute a wide range of initiatives including educational tours, fundraisers, and community events. In addition to her work with BAMA, Beth Galic contributes her time and expertise through various leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Pasco Hernando and Soroptimist Pasco, as well as on the Advisory Board for the Florida SBDC at USF and the St. Petersburg College (SPC) Engineering Technology Advisory Committee. Through these positions, she plays an integral role in shaping workforce development, supporting women and community initiatives, and guiding educational programs to align with industry needs. Beyond her professional achievements, Beth is a passionate advocate for children. She leverages her marketing experience to raise awareness about issues affecting children and to influence positive changes in policy and public perception. | Karlin Housen Association Assistant Karlin is an accomplished event professional with over 12 years of experience in both corporate and non-profit event sectors, reflecting BAMA's commitment to professional development and innovation. She holds a degree in Marketing and Publications from Ashford University, along with a certification as an Event Professional from the University of Florida. Karlin brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique flair to every event she organizes. Her journey began in Brooklyn, NY, where her Caribbean heritage sparked a vibrant passion for culture and community.
