    We are looking for an individual who can join our team with positive energy and provide leadership within the procurement cycle space.   Working with the sales, production, and quality teams, you will assure the inventory is available to keep the machine shop and assembly operations running to support sales and meet minimum stocking requirements.  We need your expertise to drive down costs where available and mitigate price increases by maintaining multiple vendor relationships.  

    Responsibilities

    • ·        Reviews material requirements to determine the timing and PO quantity needed to assure there are no machine shop inefficiencies related to material availability.
    • ·        Maintains vendor relationships to maximize pricing benefits and limit supply chain interruptions that would affect facility planning.
    • ·        Solicits RFQ’s and evaluates responses to determine the best course of action among multiple vendors.
    • ·        Works with Quality to assure vendor is compliant with all required documentation and product standards.
    • ·        Coordinates with warehouse personnel to assure they understand expected PO product, receipt dates and quantities. 

    The right person will take ownership of a process that has a direct impact to the bottom line. They will have excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills and be able to convey information up, down, and outside of the organization. They will be able to negotiate in good faith with vendors to obtain the best value for us that will translate to benefits for our customers.          BlueSky Innovations is seeking a Quality Inspector with over 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.  The position will work with the Quality Manager to implement and maintain quality standards throughout our organization. The ideal team member will have experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving manufacturing environment and will be familiar with the measurement tools, drawings, and processes of a quality system.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    • ·         Incoming Inspection –
    • o    Review receiving documents, drawings, and product to assure that it meets the requirements of the purchase order.
    • ·         In-process Inspection –
    • o    Assure operators are meeting the quality testing requirements of the product being manufactured.

    The Onsite Account Coordinator will be overseeing workers and contractors at a recycling plant. The Onsite Account Coordinator is the key role that ensures the successful servicing of client needs.     Hours & Compensation: Part-time to full-time. No temps. Training between 12pm & 5pm Mon-Thurs (closed Fridays) with final hours worked out upon completion of training. Starting pay $16/hr with review at 90 days, and then again yearly. Full-time employees who have reached 90 days are eliginle for paid health insurance at bi-annual enrollment periods. Future benefits after time worked with the company include pension plan participation, minimum 3 week paid vacations, over-time hours.
